Returns & Shipping Policy


Delivery Locations:

We ship nationwide in New Zealand via our courier service. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

 

Delivery Cost:

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout. extra freight may apply to orders with custom branding.

 

Please Note: If we have proof of delivery from the couriers and you cannot find your items, we cannot replace your order.

 

Delivery Times:

Most in stock orders for standard delivery placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped within 1-2 days. Once it's left our warehouse it should take a further 1-2 days for delivery in the North Island and 3-4 days in the South Island. For rural deliveries, add an extra 1-2 days.

 

RETURNS

Exclusions:

• Bulk orders and custom-branded items are non-refundable.

• Custom-made or special order products are non-refundable.

• Sale items are non-refundable; store credit will be issued instead.

 

Change of mind:

• Returns for unwanted orders must be approved by our customer service team. Orders returned without approval will not be accepted.

• $15 restocking fee applies to all returns. 

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be sent at the customer’s expense within 14 working days of the invoice date.

• Returns received after 14 working days will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be returned to you or disposed of.

• Refund / Credit processing may take up to 5 working days once we receive your return.

• Items that have been branded, washed, worn, stained, soiled, or have any odour are non-returnable and will be sent back to you.

• Items must be returned in original condition, including swing tags and packaging
